Gorter hatches on the DesignBUILD Expo in Sydney
We have just returned from a very successful Design Build Expo in Sydney, and what a turnout it was!
Lot of attention for glazed roof hatch
This show was certainly different from many of the others in that we were able to showcase our very latest and innovative “glazed roof hatch” which really did create a substantial amount of interest. It was an eye opener to actually see the roof hatch in operation and we could see many people already working out where they would be able to specify it for the next project – whether it be a roof terrace or perhaps their bedroom when doing their renovation or even use it as a skylight. The ventilation that it offers was a great attraction too especially that it is all electronically operated.

Of course manual or electronically operated aluminium staircase for use in attics or access to roof space also demonstrated what a useful addition to any Gorter Roof Hatch would be. Many of the comments were how sturdy the staircase was especially being able to carry a 260kg load.
All in all we were able to continue to show our clients why Gorter Hatches continues to be at the forefront of roof access systems.
