Located in the heart of Cambridge, Fitzwilliam College is currently undertaking a major renovation of its central accommodation buildings. The project, delivered by contractor SEH French, involves upgrading the historic MNOP staircases to create 80 modern ensuite rooms and new communal spaces. A key goal of this renovation is to decarbonise the estate and significantly reduce future energy usage.
