The Gorter RHTS flat roof hatch offers a proven insulation value of Uw ≤ 0.14 W/(m².K), where the curb and cover are fully thermally broken. This minimizes the possibility of unwanted condensation and leads to savings on energy costs. The flat roof hatch offers the best insulation on the market and is particularly suitable for passive house applications thanks to the thermally broken construction, optimal seals, and insulation.

 

Rough opening size and room height

The RHTS1015 offers a generous passage to the roof and is suitable for room heights of up to 3000 mm. The flat roof hatch has a rough opening size of 1000 x 1500 mm.

 

An RHTS1015-H version is also available, which offers the same opening to the attic and is suitable for room heights from 3000 mm to 3500 mm.

 

Scissor stairs ensure clear space under the roof hatch
