Hinged floor doors with drains
These are type WA hinged floor doors. They are suitable for both interior and exterior use, and have a checker-plate cover. The channel frame has a screw thread for fitting a PVC ø 40 mm sleeve to connect a drain.
User-friendly and recessed handle
The cover is easy to open and uses a counterbalance system to close gradually. The cover on the floor door is unlocked using one hand and locks automatically in the open position. It has a recessed handle to make the unit completely flat.
Combination with ladder or stair
Depending on the size and application, WA types of floor doors can be combined with a fixed vertical ladder, a fixed stair or an extension ladder. A scissor stair can be used in some cases.
