roof hatch glazed and safety ladders or fixed stairs

Glazed roof hatches using thermal break technology are especially suited for applications also involving a fixed staircase.

A combination with the scissor stairs and or loft ladders is not recommended as the natural day light coming through the hatch will be obscured by scissor stairs.

Maximum tested snow load on the glass is 250 kg/m2.

This glazed roof access hatch can be used for access to your roof terrace, to bring in extra natural day light into your office or living room, or can be used for ventilation as well.
