Roof hatch with fixed stairs in anodised aluminium - for frequent access to the roof Scissor stairs are made from cast aluminium

Gorter supplied various roof hatches to a number of Colruyt supermarkets. This gives the employees of the supermarket and the maintenance technicians safe access to the roof to inspect and maintain the ventilation and air-conditioning plant. The roof hatch can be fitted in combination with fixed stairs, safety ladder or scissor stairs.

The hook-on ladder is made of anodised aluminium, with two fixed hooks, one of which is lockable to prevent misuse. When the ladder is in use, a padlock can be hooked into the supplied fixed step. The stair tread should be installed as close as possible to the exit of the roof hatch. After use, the ladder can be stowed away in the 2 wall suspension brackets supplied, one of which can be locked with a padlock.
