The entire roof hatch construction is thermally broken. Together with the HR+++ triple glazing, this ensures excellent insulation and a comfortable indoor climate in the space below. The roof hatch is supplied with a European Technical Assessment (ETA-18/0831) and is CE-certified.

The combination of the glass roof hatch with a sleek aluminium fixed staircase creates a safe and modern total solution. In the largest model (clear opening 1000 × 3000 mm), large items such as roof terrace chairs, solar panels and roof installations can easily be transported to the roof.
