Roof hatch with ladder – from €1,920

The attachable ladder is made of anodized aluminium and has 2 fixed hooks at the top. One of these has a padlock provision to secure the ladder during use and prevent unintended removal. The ladder is supplied with a non-slip step for installation in or under the ceiling. This combination is ideal for low-frequency use of the roof hatch. For more frequent use, it is better to choose a roof hatch with scissor stair or a roof hatch with fixed stairs.

Roof hatch with scissor stair – space-saving

A roof hatch with scissor stair is available in several versions, with prices starting at €2,050. One option is the Gorter scissor stair type XL, which is specifically designed for access to elevated lift machine rooms and technical spaces. The scissor stair is supplied with an Aboma certificate for access to lift machine rooms in accordance with EN-ISO 14122-3. The advantage of this combination is that the stair is completely concealed when not in use.
